By downloading, installing, or using PuzzleLoom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PuzzleLoom is a Sudoku puzzle application that provides puzzle games, hints, and learning features. The App is available in both free and paid (Pro) versions.

3. In-App Purchases

PuzzleLoom offers an optional Pro upgrade as a one-time in-app purchase:

  • All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
  • The Pro upgrade is a non-consumable purchase that unlocks features permanently.
  • You can restore your purchase on any device using the same Apple ID.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by tknzk and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the App or these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
